The Wild Beast has both a Name & Number. Do you know what the NAME is?

In the meantime, I'd like to know your position regarding how you feel about the Bible, as well as whether you are and atheist or believe in God. Quite a number here at this forum no longer have faith in the Bible, and have even gone so far as to stop believing in a Creator. So, if you feel comfortable with disclosing such information about yourself I would like to know.

I have a high regard for facts, logic, and observable reality. That is all that is necessary to say. I see no reason to become a target of discrimination from any direction for some to use as some imaginary basis for ad hominem attacks.

Actually, you couldn't have made it more plain that you disbelieve the Bible, and that you're an atheist. No person who embraces Christianity and the Bible will choose to answer in the way you have.

Thanks, for enlightening me as to where you stand on the Bible and your disbelief in a Creator. Now I understand where you're coming from, and why you're having so much trouble "swallowing" the reasons I've given which show that the name on the harlot's forehead is not her own name. If you don't even accept the Bible, then what could be said about the Bible that you would agree with? Obviously, nothing! You provide no basis for anyone discussing a Bible subject with you.

But don't say I'm wrong "again". Although you aren't able to appreciate it, I know I'm not wrong about the name of the beast being "Babylon the Great". I have more to say about my subject, so stay tuned.

Until some logical rebuttal is provided for the refutations made by several people in this thread, there is so far no reason to assume that your theory is correct. Though you think you are right, I have no reason to agree based on what information you have provided, which is not agreed to by any secular authorities, or by the Society.

Actually, I haven't the slightest interest in attempting to "prove" anything to someone who has no respect for the Bible. You're simply an argumentative type person that seems to be walking around with a chip on your shoulder, just daring someone to knock it off. Very immature!

I'll be getting back to the subject of my thread shortly, and will ignore all that you might have to say from here on out. My postings are primarily for those who have a sincere interest in gleaning the precious truths from a Bible that gives hope where otherwise there is no hope.

It's so simple, really. Dismiss anyone who does not share your worldview. Now the question remains, WWJD? What Would Jesus Do?

...or is it, WWWWD? What Would the WatchtoWer Do? Schizm has been raised true to form. Proverbs 22:6

    From 144,000 — A "theillogical" evaluation
I think you are haughty because you have opinions that differ from mine and you claim they need no defense. But you call your opinions "truth."

I rest my case. For what it's worth, the apostle Paul spent most of his ministry speaking to people who didn't believe the Bible.

AGGHHHH! A JW BAG!!! GET IT AWAY, GET IT AWAY!!!!

Sorry, I realize it is an irrational reaction. But I am a bit phobic about it.

    Respectfully,

Paul spent his ministry trying to help people whom he felt could be helped. People such as yourself who have ALREADY been helped by JWs, and then later chose to forsake the faith you once embraced, are hardly the type of people that Paul invested his time in. In the other thread that you linked to, you clearly show that you have no faith in the Bible. I appreciate you for having done that.

    Jnat,

Are you ever anything other than a cheerleader?

Has there been anything that you've posted in this thread that's had anything at all to do with the subject of the thread?

All that you do is make it plain that you disagree with the subject of the thread, without ever giving a reason WHY you disagree. All you ever say is, "That ain't right!" ... end of comment. You don't impress me as being a person who can actually engage a conversation. You do, however, do a good job of acting the part of "cheerleader". The thing about that though is this is a "discussion forum" not a soccer game.

What we have here, folks, is just another poor soul that has absolutely no interest in the subject of the thread. This person's only purpose for entering the thread is to cast insults. Brilliant!

You don't know just how much that sounds like BrownBoy, et al. Oh how you bore...

The name is extracted by Gematria (which was around even before Daniel), from the number 666 (or 616). It really isn't as complicated as you appear to be trying to make it. Oh, and btw, "Babylon the Great" does not add up to 666...

If you really want to prove your mettle, on a brain-teaser, why not use your perspective to explain why you think Jesus suggested "let the reader use discernment" (Mark 13:14)?
