  My suggestion:

  Say "I don't feel comfortable discussing my beliefs with you."

  And that's it. Don't say anything else. Don't let them "show you one more point..." Leave it at that. If you know them as business acquaintances, then tell them you should only be discussing business (otherwise, you're "stealing time" from your employer, right? Isn't that in the literature somewhere?).
