Well I took this out from:
Beliefs, Doctrines and Practices.....
I felt it as the category of "Practices" I don't think adult was appropriate because it would apply to everyone wouldn't it?

I get every morning and go to the gym, then i shower and change the undies and go to work. Then i usually shower when i get home. On weekends i still shower in the morning. I don't feel human if i don't.
