"Hoo, yeah, who can forget the Song of Solomon. The WTBTS has the audacity to claim that SHE of the TOWERING WHITE TOWERS DRIPPING OF MILK AND HONEY is the society, and HE of the DARK BUT BEAUTIFUL with his hands every where which is JEHOVAH."
So that means Jehovah is intoxicated from the Society's lactating breasts.... Awesome! I never knew Jehoober was such a free-wheelin' God! Him be praised!
With the experience between Tamar and her brother-in-law, Jehovah seems more of like a porn-film director than a loving God. I mean, cmon, this guy might be having a hard time "getting it on" considering the circumstances!

"I've often wondered how Jubilee would affect modern economics."
"Jubilee" is essentially handled with estate taxes, preventing too much accumulation of wealth over the generations. Of course, it all works in theory.... -

I also wondered if Isreal ever seriously followed through on a year of Jubilee. The idea of redistributing the land back to the original owners once in a while, what a concept! I've often wondered how Jubilee would affect modern economics.
I always wondered that too; no worry for that massive credit card debt! LOL

The society says that people die due to either natural causes or unforseen circumstances. Then how do they explain these two accounts of God taking men.
- Gen 5:24 "And Enoch kept walking with the true God. Then he was no more, for God took him".
- 2 Kings 2:11 "And it came about taht as they were walking along, speaking as they walked, why, look! a fiery war chariot and fiery horses, and they proceeded to make a separation between them both, and Elijah went ascending in the windstorm to the heavens".
- This was witnessed by Elisha who then ripped his garments off in verse 12.
- Wont see this in any Bible story book.

That when the Canaanites were destroyed that it included all the children.
(Deuteronomy 20:15-18) . . .. 16 It is only of the cities of these peoples that Jehovah your God is giving you as an inheritance that you must not preserve any breathing thing alive, 17 because you should without fail devote them to destruction, the Hit´tites and the Am´or·ites, the Ca´naan·ites and the Per´iz·zites, the Hi´vites and the Jeb´u·sites, just as Jehovah your God has commanded you; 18 in order that they may not teach YOU to do according to all their detestable things, which they have done to their gods, and YOU may indeed sin against Jehovah YOUR God.
(Joshua 10:28) 28 And Joshua captured Mak·ke´dah on that day and went striking it with the edge of the sword. As for its king, he devoted him and every soul that was in it to destruction. He let no survivor remain. So he did to the king of Mak·ke´dah just as he had done to the king of Jer´i·cho.

If even the women and children were allowed to remain, they would entice the Israelites to practice immoral, false worship.—Ex. 23:24; 34:12-17; Num. 33:52; Deut. 7:3-5; 20:16-18.

"If even the women and children were allowed to remain, they would entice the Israelites to practice immoral, false worship."
This is absurdedly stupid. The best strategy would be to spare them, and they, so glad to just be ALIVE, would then begin bearing children for the Israelites. Just looking at it from a human capital perspective, they would be able to contribute much labor to the economic system. Looking at it from a HUMAN perspective: I don't think they would "entice" anyone, as if they would not be so glad to be alive, and all they would really want to do is take the Israelites away from "pure worship."
Such devious little 4-year-olds!!! Kill them! -

Yes, let's not forget all the tearing of the robes:
2 Kings 5:7, 2 Kings 6:30, 2 Kings 11:14, 2 Kings 22:11 2 Chronicles 23:13, Job 2:12.
I imagine a full outfit cost a lot more in those days, before mechanization and sweatshops.

As a faithful dub, I never looked forward to explaining this to my child:
"he [man] is God's image and glory, but the woman is man's glory"
"...man was not created for the sake of the woman, but woman for the sake of the man."
1 Cor. 11:7,9
"You see little Johnny, this is why women are and should be subserviant to men! Because the great God Jehoober through his servant Paul says so! -

Phineas stabbing a woman to death up her vagina.
The one where a prophet disobeyed what God told him to do, because he was told to do otherwise -by another prophet of the true God. So as punishment from God, he was mauled to death by a Lion which guarded his body. (maybe this is a warning to believe the Bible more than the WT profit)

Numbers 13:30-33—Then Ca´leb tried to still the people toward Moses and went on to say: “Let us go up directly, and we are bound to take possession of it, because we can surely prevail over it.” 31 But the men who went up with him said: “We are not able to go up against the people, because they are stronger than we are.” 32 And they kept on bringing forth to the sons of Israel a bad report of the land that they had spied out, saying: “The land, which we passed through to spy it out, is a land that eats up its inhabitants; and all the people whom we saw in the midst of it are men of extraordinary size. 33 And there we saw the Neph´i·lim, the sons of A´nak, who are from the Neph´i·lim; so that we became in our own eyes like grasshoppers, and the same way we became in their eyes.”
If the sons of Anak (the Anakim) were from the Nephilim, how could there be any left if the flood destroyed all the Nephilim?
How could they be from the Nephilim if the Nephilim were sterile and could not reproduce?
Deuteronomy 1:28—‘Where are we going up? Our brothers have caused our heart to melt, saying: “A people greater and taller than we are, cities great and fortified to the heavens and also the sons of the An´a·kim we saw there.”’
Joshua 11:21-23—Furthermore, at that particular time Joshua went and cut off the An´a·kim from the mountainous region, from He´bron, from De´bir, from A´nab and from all the mountainous region of Judah and from all the mountainous region of Israel. Along with their cities Joshua devoted them to destruction. 22 No An´a·kim were left in the land of the sons of Israel. It was only in Ga´za, in Gath and in Ash´dod that they remained. 23 So Joshua took all the land, according to all that Jehovah had promised Moses, and Joshua then gave it as an inheritance to Israel by their shares, according to their tribes. And the land had no disturbance from war.
So...the Anakim were there still. There were still descendants of the Nephilim, the sons of Anak, among the peoples. This has been well covered over and not just by JWs.
Respectfully,
