How about, A man was thinking of crashing a plane into a building when he spotted a jw tract in the pilot seat, and hallejulah!,instead of become a mass murderer, is now walking the streets preaching the good news!
Or a man was thinking of hurting a child when he spotted a jw tract and has now become a jw.

I think we should pick a story and actually tell it to an active witness we know.
