You don't have to tell them anything.

Excellent advise Bebu, don't tell them what I think as they wouldn't listen to an apostate, ask them to change my mind by doing research on the Internet.

I think a little "spiritual warfare" is in order. Why should you put your own head on the chopping block?!

    Best wishes D

If you feel some obligation to 'observe' the witnoid rules - then by all means.

If you feel no such obligation, then I would do whatever I wanted based on the circumstances in each case.

I also think it would be better to say nothing, unless they find out from another source, then discuss it.

After all, you are no longer governed by their rules.

Don't say a word. Why continue to be under their rules? The whole thing is a game with them, play it by your rules not theirs. What gonna happen if they say you cheated?

I agree with Drew - it's their trip, not yours. However, if one of them does try to do their number on you, wear your status like a badge of honor.

We had a Down's syndrome boy in my former cong. I would always let him make a comment or two when I did the WT study on Sunday, and would kind of treat him like just another kid. (He couldn't really talk, but he obviously knew when you were nice to him). One day, I ran into him and his mom a year or two after I left in the 1980 blowup. Mom gives me that same look that startled nuns give Christopher Lee in a dracula movie, but Norman gives me his usual "arghgh!!" and runs up to give me the same old wrestler squeeze and handshake as old times.

    Mom leaves the Walmart crying.

Maybe the ancient Greeks were right - these kids could very well be the children of the Gods?

Good Day brother Paul and Wife:

Just a thought, but let your light shine and make them wonder why you're so happy with your new found freedom to worship Jah and Jesus in spirit and truth!

    1 Peter 3:13-17

13 Indeed, who is the man that will harm YOU if YOU become zealous for what is good? 14 But even if YOU should suffer for the sake of righteousness, YOU are happy. However, the object of their fear do not YOU fear, neither become agitated. 15 But sanctify the Christ as Lord in YOUR hearts, always ready to make a defense before everyone that demands of YOU a reason for the hope in YOU , but doing so together with a mild temper and deep respect. 16 Hold a good conscience, so that in the particular in which YOU are spoken against they may get ashamed who are speaking slightingly of YOUR good conduct in connection with Christ. 17 For it is better to suffer because YOU are doing good, if the will of God wishes it, than because YOU are doing evil.

Much Christian Love to All to Endure these "Refining Tests"

    sis

Don't say anything, otherwise you're just sinking to their level.
