  Actually, I met Claire whilst I had long hair and a beard. I kept my beard for years until we joined the JWs and even then I didn't shave it off. After a while, and elder remarks about it (despite those long haired hippes in the kingdom melodies song book having them), I shaved it off. It's amazing what a beard does. No one recognised me at first!!

  Claire said it took her a long time for her to get used to me being hairless. The CO said he wouldn't use anyone on the platform who had a beard (should have kept it, then).

  Anyway, Claire now prefers me without than with - which is just as well because the chemo makes your body as smooth and hairless as silk!

  "LET" as in would I Let my man do this or that is not a word we use in my relationship.

  However if he was thinking of growing a ZZ Top beard he would probably ask me if I think it is attractive. And the answer would be NO! Facial hair is not attractive to me. I am too much of a lip admirer.
