The WTS doesn't ask for money so they say....They just tell the congs how much they are going to take out of the accounts for CO and DO's. In some cases they take money up front (at assemblies and conventions) and then ask for more money on the primise that they are behind in the accounts for paying the utility bills. That is kind of Cultish>
