I can't say I've ever felt discriminated against, or discriminated against anyone myself, but I know those who have. I don't understand why people feel the need to discriminate against anyone on any grounds, whether it be race, nationality, gender etc.

Daystar, I wonder if they thought you were a Neo-Nazi? I know that's not the standard anymore, but some people still think it is. I have no other excuses for it.
I suspect that might have been the case. But you don't have to have excuses for them any more than I need to have excuses for racist white a-holes. They're all idiots.

Yes, for my sex, my age, where I'm from (Southern Englanders sometimes don't like Northerners, often in a business context). I've also been hated when I've had successes.
Overall what I've been through is little compared to others' experience.

Discrimination in my case falls in the gender bias area, in the WTS but elsewhere too. In a way, it has made me try harder just to prove men (and women) that they are mistaken.

Yes I have not because of race but because of sexual orientation being a gwm. In this case it can cost you your life in some parts of this country. I am in the closet business wise and can hide it because I am not stereotypical. I will not deny it but I won't shout it from the rooftops either only on jwd lol.

There are very few ways that I have NOT been discriminated against.
Some sad. Some criminal. Some laughable. Some ridiculous.
All wrong. -

I was hoping anyone who comments would state their sex and ethnicity.
Thanks for the replies.

The pink symbol underneath my name to the left indicates that I am female.
Blue indicates the person is male.

I was going to say I have never been discriminated against, but then I remembered that when I was twelve, I was barred from technical drawing and metalwork, and obliged to take cooking and childcare lessons.
But since I left school, I don't believe I have been discriminated against on grounds of sex or religion or ethnicity or being a bloater.
I am a white woman (and pretty much heterosexual).
