For some reason I think this is the Bible I should have had when I was a young man.

I guess people who spend a lot of time on this forum wouldn't be interested in the possibilities of having wild fun in the real world.

If you don't know about this book you should.

"To the stupid one the carrying on of loose conduct is like sport, but wisdom is for the man of discernment." Pr 10:23

Let's see on one hand "fun" on the other hand "no fun"

    Hmmmmmm.

I work in a bookstore and well, don't mean to be judgmental, but every guy who's come in to buy this book seems like a total sleezebag, guys I wouldn't give a second glance to, no matter how many tricks they learned from said "bible".

Tall Penquin: They would have been sleezebags any how. Watch Out. One of these sleezebags might transform himself into the man of your dreams!

I have read the book and wish I had it when i was young and single. I go out with a single friend who knows it inside out, and everytime he ends up dancing with large groups of women and is inundated with phone numbers and dates. It is amazing how easy it is to manipulate people. The information is very relevant to being sucessful in many areas of life.

One thing lacking is how to maintain a relationship. If a person learns by rote how to pick up it does not help them after the second or third date. A person still needs a personality for when they have run out of learnt scripts.

I like reading stuff like this so I know the tricks men are up to. Forewarned is forearmed - or something like that.

Can't help but think it would be the rare person who could be scripted even on a first date, and me not know it. I haven't read it, but advice for men or women of this type always sounds so transparent to me.

And yet, as you say, it seems to work.

I am reading that book right now, it is awsome. I too wish it was around when I was coming up.

also, I like the part where he was talking about tom cruise and scientology, how they run a script on new adapts to get them to have their e-test or whatever. Basically it is a similar script as door to door presentations.
