  Thank you again for those links. I'm checking them out and will compare/contrast information with other sources under consideration. I keep in mind Mark Twain's words, mainly because science is not my area of expertise. I must do a great deal of comparative analysis before drawing any conclusion, if I truly ever can. I feel so overwhelmed!

  Aids research had come a little and what was known then and what is known now, If a pharmaceutical co. had manufactured this plague You can be assured that they would have a cure that would make them multiple of billions in profits.

  Aids research has moved way beyond the early 80's conspiracy theories that the Internet has made far too easy to believe.

  Aids was spread from one of three strains of chimpanzees ( the other two are immune ) and has been biologically traced to one man, when it crossed from chimp to man in the Cameroons in Africa in the early 1930's.

  Man wants the population down. Why not create a disease that will make tonnes of money and will kill off the population? I havnt done my research on aids, but i do believe there are greedy men out there that have made some sort of disease to accomplish this.

  It just isn't true. If the virus had been created by humans, a cure would've been found already and the disease wouldn't have spread so much as it has now. Twenty five years and no sign of a cure at all. Many vaccines have been tried and some are in development but the virus finds ways to become resistant or to not be affect by the vaccine at all. Companies make millions in producing medication for such disease and they'd make more if a cure was available. Even with the medication, which prolongs the lives of most patients, the virus has not been erradicated. Even when people reach the "undetectable" level, the virus still remains in their bodies and "hides" somewhere; no one knows where yet and that's why it's hard to find a cure for it or a vaccine that will give immunity to people who haven't contracted such disease. The people who came up with the conspiracy theory just wanted to become famous and known for their radical views but they never provided factual evidence to support their claims. justahuman - but super nonetheless

  The pharma industry DID NOT create the AIDS virus. They helped spread the virus from chimpanzee to man during their experiments with polio vaccine. Some of the experimental polio vaccine was created with kidney parts from chimps (who were known carriers of HIV). These infected kidneys were part of the vaccine which was given to millions of men, women and children in Congo. THIS IS A FACT. PERHAPS YOU SHOULD SEE THE DOCUMENTARY BEFORE YOU MAKE A COMMENT???
