Imagine if they put this sign on the front door of every KH:
"No college students, teachers, chemists, those with the wrong wardrobe, frequent vacationers, anyone with a desire to make more money, or people with less than $25 in their wallets... are allowed inside."

It's absolutely amazing the drivel that is allowed to be broadcast from the platform.
Why can't the rank and file see it? I feel sorry for them.
This is the sort of nonsense from the platform that pissed off friends would come up and complain to me about after the program. Lots of the friends know these comments are idiocy, a few think its wonderful wisdom straight from Jehovah himself. The problem is that some of those friends who would complain about this are still going to their assemblies, still listening to the same drivel.
Maybe, in time, that'll end, but I'm not holding my breath.

People are really going to get tired of hearing that BS. Heaping guilt ..........five bucks from millions of people to the society is alot different than one person contributing 20 bucks to themselves for entertainment.
My kids and I sacrificed, while we heard of others doing all sorts of fun things.
In the movie Armegeddon.............when all the "losers" are getting ready to be launched into space to do away with an astroid. Bruce Willis lets them all go out and have some fun right before.
He said to someone that did not agree to let them go............They need to remember what they are fighting for.
Times are changing ......the world is smaller. Its probably cheaper to go on a cruise than drive......go to a theatre, concert, etc etc. and dinner, get a new outfit for it, going to the next county.
Anyone that was at the meeting to hear this, deserves to be encouraged to have some fun in their lives IMO

We have CO visit this week. And this last CO is a dumbass jerk like yours is! Lately he said that people who work many hours on the computer are certainly watching porn! I work my ass off, actually many hours on my pc, BECAUSE THESE DUMBASSES prevented me to pursue higher education,....now they blame me and create guilt....

It just hit me, the witlesses have maintained that they never said that the end was comming in 1975 and in their literature while it's alluded to it isn't said outright, but though not a witness at the time, I'm sure they used talks like these to teach that doctrine. That way they could have there cake and eat it too. Teach the doctrine and when it doesn't happen deny ever teaching it and point to the literature.
In the future they will say that they never condemed college and point to the literature and say that they were just warning those of the dangers.

It is absolutely amazing that these 'glorious ones' can make such blanket statements and yet people still accept it, even begrudgingly. I really do think that the organization is marginalizing itself to an even greater extent as time passes. Although the nonsense is obvious to those who left as well as those who are unfamiliar with the belief system of JDubs, I can't help but think that this type of dribble divides witnesses themselves into polarized groups, the more fanatical and unbalanced to the more liberal and accommodating individuals who have been burnt by bad counsel previously and repeatedly.
It kind of makes me glad when I hear encouragement like this coming from the platform by the upper echelon of the organization because more people are going to be frustrated by this nonsense. This is the main reason I left the organization... eventually you realize the king has no clothes.
