I felt that way, too, until just recently when I've seen that a few different friends of mine have had success with it. Plus, my 'real world' circumstances don't afford as many good opportunities for meeting...ahem!...quality males of interest. I won't go into why.
But I did hit it off with a doctor on a plane ride home after the holidays last weekend...surprised the heck out of me! He called tonight--finally! (It's been since Sat.) I was out grocery shopping. Sigh! There's 'real world' for ya!
BTW, when I say I want to meet 'quality' males (doctor, e.g.), I'm not referring to income status but intelligence and interests overlapping my own. There are plenty of quality males out there...it's finding the one who shares interests with me that is the challenge.
