Frogit, did you have a divorce because of the anal sex? It shows the measure of control of this cult that they seek to impose restrictions on what married couples do in their bedrooms. On the issue of a ruined sex life celibate JWs do not even have a sex life whether that is what they prefer or not. As a celibate person throughout my JW time I never had sex though to an extend I prefered it that way.

The whole oral thing didnt bother me in the slightest, and altho my ex-wife used to feel guilty afterwards, it didnt stop her either, but I know where youre coming from (for want of a better phrase) because it used to play on my mind a bit.
What I would suggest is you perhaps talk to another therapist, get a 2nd opinion, especially as you dont feel you have much progress.
