I asked myself this question recently.
"If God could do just one thing that would make it clear He actually exists in order to convince the world today---what would it be?"
How would you answer?

Explain why he has so much in common with other myths of the time he was invented, and maybe actually prove he is around. Stop playing all the mind games.
PLEASE HELP ME WIN THE LOTTERY!!!!!!
just DO SOMETHING
As another "Momma used to say" thingie....."Sh*t or get off that pot!" Centuries of doing nothing has not enhanced God's image, if he really exists.

Any phenominal experience, anything seen or felt, no matter how "Godly", could be nothing but a mental hallucination; and so, not genuine proof at all.
Real proof, undeniable and unequivocal proof, must reach into the raw foundation of the silent and immediate, unmoving Consciousness which experiences and witnesses all phenomena.
In other words, what the word G-O-D points to, the pristine wholeness and perfection of being, must be seen as your own true Self; and not just locally as a limited experience would manifest, but rather seen as the reality of all existence; bar none.
The only unquestionable reality we possess is conscious-awareness (everything else may be a dream). God, to be undeniably and genuinely real, must be -- the conscious-awareness which reads this now.

I said that I thought I was doing God's will, but wound up in a mind-control cult,
so now if God wants me to do his will, he will have to personally let me know
what that will is.
If God wanted everyone to serve him in faith, he would have to do more. If the
God of the Bible is the true god, then what of non-Judeao/Christians? If he is
not the God of the Bible, then what of the rest?
He would have to give each person a complete understanding of who he is, and
what he wants from us- directly put it in our hearts and minds.
Anything less, someone will doubt it. Appear to some- the others say "mass
hallucination." Feed the hungry worldwide, governments and slicksters will steal
the credit. End war and the UN will say "We did it." Making the earth a complete
paradise, well- that's a JW dream.
I always wonder why doesn't he fill up a stadium full of down syndrome children and cure them. It might not prove anything but it would be a nice thing to do.
Suppose the devil appeared to you and said "I am God almighty". What would the Devil have to do to convince you?
And then when you are convinced could you be held accountable for believing him?
The point I am making is that the whole idea is beyond human ability to make an accurate determination.
A bigger more powerful entity could always come along and do something more impressive and tell the impostor to scram.
But then....you can never be sure that you finally are dealing with the big guy.
I don't believe in God. And I can't conceive any miracle that would be unique to some Almighty Infinitiely-knowing being.

If I found myself asking this question about God, I would immediately ask myself this question about me: Why am I worried about God proving his existence when I can be outside having fun and maybe make more money?
Then I would go outside, have fun, and maybe make more money.

OTWO, this is quite precisely how I feel. There have been four or five times in the last two years (since my exit from the Watchtower) when I have (admittedly a couple of times under the influence of alcohol) stood alone with my eyes cast heavenward, stating this...
"God, if you're there...if you care...if you created me...thank you for my life. The truth is I don't know if you're there, but here I stand, imploring you, in case you are, asking you, "What do you want of me?!!"
One thing is for certain, I will never again believe a fellow human being (or organization) who tells me that God is working through him (or it.) If God is all-powerful...if He has the ability to create this universe, then he also has the ability to communicate with me in some concrete manner--and not through the vague, wishful assertions of mystics. Further, while I keep my mind open to the possibilities, I refuse to be guilted into religious compliance.
