I'm a leader for the most part.
I can work in a group, and submit to authority, but still, I try to lead for some reason..

Christ is the "Leader". Some say I follow, some say I don't. I just like to have my say when I think it can make a difference for the better. I can be with others when there's something good that I can get involved with, or I can go and find something to fill in the time if there's not.
not a leader or a follower, mostly I'm the one over on the side not paying attention.
Laissez-faire leader here.
Pretty much I've been in leadership roles most of my life. Elected to lots of positions, appointed to other things. Guess I find it hard not to speak out and be forthright in gatherings so following is not easy for me. Guess I always fill a vacuum when it exists...It has served me well most of the time. carmel
I consider myself very independent....
(If I agree I will follow, if someone slips up I am a leader)... After a several years of bitter fighting, became a Condo Association President for 300 units...not easy. Worked for a well known attorney here in Florida. He went through 9 secretaries in 2 years. I scared the hell out of him....we are now good friends. .....he use to put his arms over his head and run for his office when I got mad at him.....he nicknamed me the commandant! I still laugh when I recall our episodes.
