I used to be a group leader of 10 folks in the corporate mailroom 12 years ago for only 6 months. I would not want to be a leader again, I am content on being a follower.
Are you a "Leader" or a "Follower"?

I am more a leader than a follower. However, I have a couple of very strong minded friends and I have learned to give into their wants/wishes, so in that case, I am a follower.

A leader in a Christian Congregation is one who has the courage to lead & encourage others to do the same- while SLAVING for them!

One more thing is that I was MS for more than 3 years. I was more of a follower than a leader while I was MS.

I guess I'm a rare type around here.
I'm usually more a follower than leader.
Whenever my freinds walk around, I'm following, not leading.
I never challenge the 'leader', either. I'm usually content to just keep things moving without conflict. I enjoy being a part in a much larger whole. Despite that, I make a poor JW :P .
But a bunch of my freinds are 'leader' types anyway. Very independant folks, and thats fine with me.
Although, in the absence of any leadership, I have been known to take charge, but it's not something I do unless needed. -

I didn't call myself Alphafemale for nothing! ; )

I don't really want people doing what I do or following me doing anything. I suppose that would make me more of a "loner" type. Whenever I am part of a group I usually get comments that I'm really quiet and I'm usually not doing exactly what they're doing anyway.

"THE Improved Man will be in favor of universal liberty -- that is to say, he will be opposed to all kings and nobles, to all privileged classes. He will give to all others the rights he claims for himself. He will neither bow nor cringe, nor accept bowing and cringing from others. He will be neither master nor slave, neither prince nor peasant -- simply man.
