I have one cup of coffee with two cream and no sugar. One of the guys down the hall has at least 6 coffees before he comes into work, then drinks another 10 throughout the day. Man, they'd have to scrape me off the ceiling if I drank that much.
Tea - I need my cuppa tea first thing in the am.

A glass of vanilla soy milk with my morning vitamins and Sanity pill (Premarin), then a capuccino at work. Sometimes two. Water the rest of the day.

Did you drink it or did you inhale it through a bong - thats really purifying apparently.
it is amazing. I wish I had more opportunites to smoke it.
As for my morning drink. Ross got me one of those coffee makers that makes me one cup of coffee in a carrier mug. I grind my beans fresh and make my one cup of perfect coffee, add a touch of fat free half and half and a spoon full of sugar (I blame mary poppins ) and I'm off.

betcha don't know what that is! It is espresso (mine is organic/domestic) with unsweetened chocolate added. I put a little dollop of whipped cream on top and add a little cane sugar to the drink.
