The one and only thing you should drink upon rising in the morning is a long glass of water, or two. This flushes out the kidneys of all the muck that has built up overnight.

Many people are chronically dehydrated without knowing it.

I have to drink a very strong cup of tea before i can think of getting out pf bed, i get up half an hour before make it and go back to bed. When i was pregnant i couldn't touch tea and ended up putting on loads of weight by living on hot chocolate.

Bloody Mary at the airport, not that I am afraid of flying but Man do they taste good.

I still have coffee though lately I feel I can live without it, but I still love it. It just became habit, my mom used to make is as thick as sour cream which is where it probably became addiction. Yeah I should blame it on her lol
