If you are in a position of great and massive wealth, all you have to do, along with other people in such a position, of which there are really very few, is to 'manage' to keep the world in a condition of disarray, influence foolish presidents and priministers to start unnecessary wars, and then you are 'managing' the whole world. If you then are a share holder, or owner in any arms or munitions firm you are managing the world, with your influence on aforementioned foolish world leaders, and quietly feathering your nest and the nest of your family for generations to come.
That's not a daft idea. That's just damned clever!
