Congratulations, having a degree is a useful weapon in life and a means to a better financial future, clearly most though not all high earners have degrees. The criminal FDS wants their capable young members to lead a life of misery with low paid jobs because the end is so near a lie they are perpetuating since the 19th century. They want to deprive them of something very useful with devious pretexts. Yes they know education will open their eyes to the cultic nature of the org.

What you said about education and the Witnesses is very true also. In my case it was my going to college that finally ended my JW association. The elders told me not to go to college and my "worldly" father told me to go. I listened to my dad.
Hope you get a chance to celebrate your accomplishment!!! And have one on me!!!

I have similar feelings on the anti-education environment, and I resent the WTBS so much for it. (I'm trying to get over it.)
Tremendous accomplishment in a non supportive environment.
