    You have taken the right approach since you have no social contacts outside the best way is to fade and in the meannwhile build a social life outside to have somewhere to go to. As long as you don't contribute anything to the devious org you have already taken a great step.

    IF so...how can they TELL people to do this?

    let me know..

    and welcome to the board if I didn't already welcome you!

    omg

    I just read the KM stating the "new ordinance for NOT wearing t-shirts or jean's casually".........

    Next thing will be "no makeup or jewelry or cute sandals..........".......

    Can't we at least THINK for ourselves....

    Hi CodeBlue!

    Yeppers. No tees or jeans. You wear your goin' to meetin' clothes. AND you are supposed to keep your badge on at all times. Don't know about the pool though. Perhaps pin the badge on your swim suit? I don't know......

    How can they TELL people to do this? Cause they TELL you everything else to do, think, say, eat, how much tp to use, what is appropriate in the bedroom, etc. ad nauseam.

    BUT, I believe that quite a few will do what they want.......

    Edited to say CodeBlue - They would like for you NOT to think for yourself. It's a threat to them. Know of any other religion who would DF a member for asking questions about their faith?? NONE THAT I CAN THINK OF.......maybe some radical group......

    I didn't do it..........although we left the site...dressed.....I took the name badge off.......IT was MY time not theirs........

    I am so glad I am NOT in it now........

    Kinda gives me a little ammo to ask my JW sons..............did you wear your meeting clothes the "whole time you were in your convention city"...IF not.........shame on you.......lol

    Of course I will not ask it like that......I will pose the question IF I can............lol
