Im almost totally convinced women don't give a rats ass about a mans looks in any way.
My mother never even told me I was a good looking guy until about 2 years ago and I'm 40 years old now. I have been told by folks I am the best looking in my family. Not just my immediate family but the entire family uncles cousins etc.
Despite that my brothers always got the beatiful girls and I mean the girls just loved them. They gave me very little to no attention at all. In fact the girl my brother is married to, was my girlfreind, until she left me, for him. This has been going on all my life and not only that, I'm funny and intelligent as well as artistic. I won trophies for athletics, public speaking etc. None of that ever made a hill of beans to any woman I ever met. Indeed it was a massive mystery for years. I would look in the mirror and say to myself, "Well, I think your a good looking guy and your an intelligent hard working man. What the hell gives!
I could give volumes of examples of this in my life as well as other peoples lives.
There were times in my life, when I got very depressed, and I let myself go. I put on upwards of 60 pounds. I wouldn't bathe, wouldn't work, didn't shave and didn't give a shit. I swear to Jesus that at that point in my life, I had girls all over the place and I mean beautiful. This phenomennon I thought, would probably improve even better if I started to look after myself and cleanup. Lose the weight and show them what I can really do. I did just that and I'd be lucky if they would piss on the best part of me.
Ron Jeremy is known as the hedgehog cuz he shaves his back before he does his sex scenes. He is at least 80 to 100 pounds overweight and he has slept with about 3000 of the most beatiful women in the world. All I can say is the guy has a massive tool, but he's disgusting and if I was a beautiful woman you couldn't pay me to sleep with him. So how does a womans mind work? I mentioned this to Crumpet and I swear to Jesus again she thinks he's drop dead sexy.
I have talked to women who actually think Elvis presley was ugly and couldn't sing. To me that's the most outrageous thing I have ever heard. I happen to know something of classical features in beauty and he had it all. He had electric blue eyes, a lantern jaw, he was at least 6ft2in had a perfect physique, high indian cheekbones and lots of hair that was almost like satin. This is just speaking of his physical attributes. Forget about the fact that he could dance and sing like an angel come down from heaven, if you ever heard his gospel. Ask yourself how is it that this man whom you would think could get any woman in the world, ends up with a 14 year old army brat from Germany. I think women see beauty totally differently than men. Evolution has ensured us, with this unusual trick of vision that women have, that everyone can pass there genes around no matter how ugly, fat or stupid you are. I am also of the opinion that some women would take a sorry ass loser over a handsome man just cuz a loser feels less threatening and more generous.
My Uncle John who was a notorious womanizer and probably slept with hundreds of women told me when I was very young that women don't care about looks. Man were you ever right Uncle John! Sorry Ladies, but I won't be turning into a slob any time soon for your pleasure.
I'm not saying every woman in the world is like this. I think some really appreciate a beautiful man, but the evedence is heavy and has been mounting over the years to the contrary.
I really hope my comments don't offend anyone! I would love it in fact, if someone could show me otherwise but you just wouldn't beleive the insane things I've seen and experienced in my life. Maybe it's different for others. Maybe I need to see something different to help broaden my veiw but thats how I see it now.
