No. But I have receieved a rude response to a innocent question.

It started that way....I think, but what would lieing have to do with getting names to "tell" on someone? Whatever the reason they lied, they had no reason to, I would have not thought any differently about them than I did.

Only if you consider their avatars. I doubt the exotic locations and some who post a male face are females and vice versa.

I'm sorry to hear that. I agree, I tell the truth myself, don't think anyone has lied to me. Few send me a PM anyway! But, the universal truth about the internet is that people can take on any persona they wish, and you wouldn't know. so it is a good idea to not be too trusting, even on this forum. By the way, I LUV this forum.

I dont think anyone has ever lied to me, Ive had one poster say something in my topic as in siding with me, and then in a similar topic say the complete opposite, but other than that no lies.

Yes I have had that bad experience ....I know I was very hurt when it happened also.... I sent them money at the time also. Many years ago. I dont even remember their names now. But Mary is watching out for me now,,,,, she has forbidden ( otherwise she will D/F me) if I do any more of that with out consulting her first..... I dont want to be D/F by Mary!!!!!! She makes me laugh....

No, never happened, and I really don't want to even think of it happening. But, this is the real world. I let my guard down all of the time.

Something that happened the other day, I PMed a poster, I was excited that they knew what happened to so-and-so. I really just needed a blast from my past. I was 11 years old, and it was a happy thought. I asked all sorts of questions, and the answer came back very nice, but, with only an answer to a couple of questions. After a couple of minutes of wondering if they read my whole post, I realized that maybe I asked too many questions, and they may have been a little leary of me, and my many questions.

I promise, I am harmless!!!
