GETTING EVEN WITH JUNK MAILERS.....

We all get junk mail, or applications for credit cards we don't want or even asked for. I got SIX applications in the mail today. I've phoned these numbskulls before and told them to stop sending me this stuff, as I don't want their credit cards. They still send them.

So today I decided to take Andy Rooney's advice: Send them junk mail back since their application always comes with the pre-paid envelope. I stuck as many invitations to the ASSembly as I could into each envelope along with a note that said "please distribute one to each staff member", sealed it and will ship them off tomorrow. Imagine their suprise when they get this instead of an application:

    Any other suggestions?

reminds me of what one of my friends does with telemarketers - she asks for THEIR credit card number and when they ask why she says she charges a dollar a minute and if they want to take up her time they'll have to pay for it.

Well I'm going to do that, but I don't have any WT stuff. I need some ideas .... hopefully someone will post Mary. Ah I know. A bunch of dead earwigs. Here's a pic of one of these lovelies. They're all over here where I live. A beautiful Asian import.

Great line. I'm going to use that one myself.

I hope you added some supplementary comments on those invitations. Just think of how bad you would feel if someone in that office went to the D.C. and converted! Think of the mileage the WTS would get out of that! LOL ;)

Capitol One are the real problem.....I sometimes get two applications from these turkeys within a week. Too bad I couldn't fit Babylon the Great Has Fallen into the damn envelope.........Actually, I could put it in a large 9x12 manilla envelope, then tape Capitol One's smaller white envelope with their return address on it, and ship it off.........that'd cost them a pretty penny......heh-heh-heh.......

Aw damn! I didn't think of that! Hmmm.......maybe I should send them copies of MY invitation instead:
