For all the times I had my ass hauled in the back room, I was never officially 'reproved'. Just constantly warned with the same old crap:

"You need to stop swearing"
"Stop asking questions"
"Please stop swearing so much"
"Where did you get that idea from?"
"We're gonna ask you again to stop swearing"
"That sounds reasonable, but that's not what the F&DS class has directed"
"We heard you have been swearing alot"
"You shouldn't question the brothers like that and by the way, we'd really appreciate it if you'd stop all the swearing."

bigdreaux: look at both of our membership dates. i beat u by 3 hours and 28 minutes. and yet you're welcoming me to the board...lol...i'm not a big poster (that sounds funny)...anyway, please tell me u haven't joined ip_sec and nvrgnbk's little pow wow about me...lol

Not by the elders but I use to have this older pioneer sister who when I first started attending meetings when I was 17 would come up to me every meeting and tell me "you wear too much makeup. You look like a prostitute." The funny thing was her 14 year old daughter would be standing beside her looking like she used a shovel to apply hers and I only ever had on a little bit of eyeshadow and mascara.

It worried me so much I went up to an older sister (who was in her 40's) and asked "Do I have too much make up on?" The sister did a double take, peered closely and said "Oh, you do have make up on after all".

I did however get an elder disciplined. He was an elder from my old congregation and told the elders of my new congregation that I ~~escaped~~ left just ahead of a judicial committee. I called the PO of my old congregation instead of him as I'd been requested and found out there was no judicial committee. He got removed as an elder for lying to his fellow elders. (pooooor guy)

I was on full restrictions for 18 months.... One and one half years... no commenting...no prayer..no reading...nothing. sat their like a bag of patotoes...i think it might be a record. and no sheperding call either for all that time...they treated DFed ones better then me.
