The Watchtower is a man made cult of falsehoods from the get-go.Be warned! When judgement day comes the Watchtower false prophets get it first. The scriptures say that the “Judgement starts with the house of God” so this means that anyone who proclaims to be the one true religion gets dealt with first and severe.

Tell the truth and don’t be afraid–Danny Haszard born 1957 as a 3rd generation JW
I've been told this too... Some of 'em(especially at the top) just aren't too smart to come up with this kind of thing.
What if the GT started at say - 7PM EST(in the USA), on a Thursday. All good JW's in that time zone would be at their KH's, right? What about everyone in other time zones? They'd still be at work or doing whatever at home.. What about others all around the world - or would Jehovah miraculously bend time so it all happens in sync? That scare tactic doesn't make sense at all when you think about it - but they don't. Someone said it from the platform and now everyone's copying that phrase of 'pure language' they bandy about.
Fear - you got that right RF. I'd tell her that you don't FEAR God - you TRUST Him. It's a whole other thing... a good thing.

ps - Danny - all churches believe they are the one true house of God. The only ones who have anything to fear are the ones who know they don't 'handle the word of God aright' and continue to mishandle it because THEY get something - it's all about pride imho. And WTBTS is only one of 'em. ALL religion IS a snare and a racket!

If only more JWs actually sat down and took the time to think about this concept they will see how bogus it is.
I'm starting to believe that JWs don't have trust at all, just fear.
