So sorry for your loss and missing your brother. I hope you don't let go of your hope to be with him again some day. Just because the jws misled us, that doesn't mean there is nothing to hope for.

I know how hard the annual date of my own brother's death can be. Somehow, although I lost Mom in the same time period, it just isn't as hard. She did not live to be extremely old [just 67], but my brother died at 46. I miss him almost daily, although the pain is subsiding a bit after 4 years.
Just wanted to say I can empathize. Think of the good things he would like to do today, and smile. He would have liked you to smile. And yes the support here through tragic loss is wonderful. You have mine.

Anniversaries of a loved ones death is always hard. Hubby died 5 years ago and each Feb. I feel a sadness coming over me.
And YES..I have definately heard of the electrical thing.When an electrician gets a jolt of electric..it is the same as having shock treatments in the hospital! It CAN alter their personality.I know there has to be some info on it on the internet.
Makes sense besides...think about it. If I get time..I will look it up also..I am only going by memory here from what I have heard and witnessed over my 65 years of experience...
Big hug for your loss...sorry you lost your brother that way..but it was just an illness..I never did feel you could really blame someone that commits suicide. They just lost control...and I don't feel it is ever anyone's fault anymore than if they had died from cancer or some other illness....
