I admire our HQ for being so cautious; it indicates that they are conscious of the fact that they will have to answer to Christ for their actions!It's as much a nightmare to us as it is to the victims of such depravity! Yet the brutal fact is that there are endless factors that can make it appear someone was guilty of something they never did- I've SEEN it! You and all the other anti-witnesses sniveling about that almost make ME believe in Hellfire for you and the molesters- and whatever sect you belong to.

Hey, martian, how about you read about this case, where the molester ADMITTED to molesting over 50 kids. At least Three congregations covered up for him MULTIPLE times.

There are plenty of people here willing to give you real enlightenment so you won't ignore the facts. Do yourself a favor and watch the 2002 dateline program in which it's revealed that yes indeed the society has covered up many cases of child abuse, even disfellowshipping those that reported it to the authorities, then disfellowshipping the elder of 40 years who in the name of justice for the kids revealed it. To imply that we cover over Evil like molestation has NO tie with Reality- it is a VERY difficult problem- even with NON-religious organizations.
How can anyone CONDEMN someone- and ruin their life- when we can't read hearts- and know with absolute CERTAINLY if someone did something in privacy?????

It's understandable that one doesn't want to see innocent people accused of misdeeds they never committed but the WTS goes to other extreme when it demands two witnesses for child abuse. An abuser is unlikely to strike when there are potential witnesses around and none of the abused children will have a chance of being believed.
