Don't go in with the list of 100 things that are wrong with JWs, just pick one (or maybe two) that you think would matter to her, and try to keep the friendship alive. My opinion with these things is that everything we do has to have the long game in mind. It took a thousand things to get me thinking, and many years.

Well i've started the ball rolling so to speak, ive asked a few questions along the lines of i've heard it been called a cult have you ever heard that. She said her family(not dubs) call it that and her hubbys relative that left does too. She said he is called an apostate. So im gonna follow up with a few more questions and see where it goes.
