I know a brother that bitch, moaned, and complained about the brothers nearly constantly. He felt that he deserved to be a Ministerial Servant and the elders were holding him back because they didn't like him / were jealous of his spiritual maturity / etc. So he commenced to suck up to the Circuit Overseer every chance he'd get. When the CO would walk around the corner, he'd run for the mop or snow shovel. He reminds me of Ron Burgundy, except he should be saying "Hey everyone! I'm working! Come and see how humble I am!" Naturally the CO was duped and appointed him. He told me and my roommate that he got the job (which, apparently, you're NOT supposed to tell anyone). He never complained about the elders again and started referring to his position every chance he got, "well, as an appointed man I feel this way" or "since I'm the appointed man here, I should say the prayer."
