If you don't want visits from jw's put up a No Trespassing sign and if you see them again tell them to put you on the do not call list.
Very few people realize jw's must, according to their own rules, obey the no trespassing signs. It will not stop girlscouts/boyscouts, politicians, kids selling wrapping paper, etc... only jw's.
