I agree! most ex-jws I know are very reasonable people. I notice the ones who harbor hatred towards the WT or have not gotten over the hurt they suffered, are the unreasonable ones. What helped me get over it was admitting to myself that I was the one who did not check one iota of what I was being taught, nor did I look into the past history of the WT. Why? I don't really know, except maybe blind stupidity and wanting to belong somewhere. Anyway, I have to take at least 50% (if not more) of the blame for whatever I went thru in the WT and getting out of the WT. Thus if I am to be angry, I should be angry at myself first. Lilly

I don't know exactly what "normal" is.
We're doing our best to adjust to post-JW life. Normal, I don't know? (This isn't meant as an insult, it's just such a broad term.)
Reasonable -- yes. Most ex-JW's I've met are kind and helpful. Is that what you mean?

At least an ex JW is going in the right direction, that would be any direction away from the kingdumb hall.
