There have been numerous posters who have said that to me before, and yet they are the very ones that ignored me in the first place.

Although I agree that everyone needs a real friend, happiness comes from w/in. You can't make anyone else happy and you can't get your happiness from anyone else. Once you are at peace w/ your life and situations, happiness follows.

Anyhow: here's how I feel: We have all been hurt as Witnesses, how we deal with this is a very individual process. However, I beleive that whatever we do should not hurt our common "cause".

Acting like bullies and going off on others verbally or otherwise makes us look like raving lunatics. This is counterproductive, in my opinion.

J-Guy, w/ all due respect and I sympathize w/ your feelings, but people are only going to treat you the way that you permit. If they dish out shit onto you, it's because you are letting them. Believe me, I felt the same way that you do until I put a stop to it. I don't let people treat me like that, anymore. And I can tell you, I have never in my life been as happy as I am today. I'm not sure if it has anything to do w/ getting over my WTS bitterness or getting some self-worth. Either way, I smile all day long...you've seen the pics.
