I'm tired of being an apostate, atheist, agnostic, take your pick. I was going to start calling myself a heretic, but then I decided to look up apostate in the thesaurus. Look at all the lovely words we have to choose from:
agitator, agnostic, alienated, apostate, atheistic, backslider, defector, demagogue, deserter, differing, disagreeing, disaffected, dissenter,dissenting, dissentive, dissident, experientialist, experimenter, frondeur, guerrilla, freethinking, heretic, heterodox, iconoclastic, independent, individualist, innovator, nonconformist, recreant, renegade, revisionist, schismatic, secessionist, sectarian, skeptical, subversive, unbelieving
if I was sure what a "frondeur" is, I might call myself that. But I rather like freethinking, iconoclastic, independent, individualist, nonconformist. Maybe I'll stick with heretic.
