I remember that very moment; distinctly like a moment frozen in time. For me, there was a sense of loss followed quickly with a wave of emotion; sadness, relief, concern about the future. Divorce is such an ugly thing, but necessary at times.
I hope this works out well for you, and congratulations on throwing off the indoctrination. That piece was critical to my recovery.

Glad you are doing so well, Awake and Watching. Funny, our CO just had us imagine this weekend how differently we might behave if we knew the end might be this JANUARY? Maybe even in the next FIVE MINUTES?
I wonder if my husband will remember that rah-rah speech in january?
