My happy bubble is deflating.
I'm looking at the Richmond and Toronto apostafest pics and I'm longing for company.
It's been a really long time since I enjoyed good company and warm friendship. Even before we became inactive our friendships with witnesses had waned.
I really am very social. I love to entertain, and I love to catch a movie and some dinner with friends and talk and and establish a connection.
I'm missing that right now...

I'm a bit down myself and can understand about missing the association. I seem to have difficulty getting interaction on the board, but when you answered my threads the other day, it really cheered me up. My association is largely here at JWD, so I'm determined to keep posting and posting and ...

I think this happens, particularly to gregarious people. I am both gregarious and private(usually to recharge). Since leaving I tried to find people I feel comforable with, and accept me . It can be difficult though as my wife is still in. This board does help though. Wishing you well. ps going to first fest Dec1 - a little uneasy.

I understand how you feel. I would have loved to go to those Apostafests, but neither were within 500 miles of where I live. Maybe soon there will be one in your neck of the woods. If you live around me I would love to meet you and other JWD's.
