I am an independant because I refuse to let any group do my thinking for me.

When I think about political parties these days, I tend to favour the one that I believe will do the least damage. Although I know there are a few politicians that are honest and sincere, they are probably out numbered by the others. I believe that in goverments the saying that power corrupts is true. The GB of the JW's is a very good example of that!

I'm an independent. But voting that way is the same thing as throwing your vote away. I try to vote for the lesser of 2 evils. During the 80's and 90's I registered as a Republican but voted for Ron Paul back in the 80's as a libertarian and Ross Perot. At the moment I am registered as a democrat.

So I vote... um. Actually I haven't voted yet, I'm gonna register I swear! If I remember...

Definitely not Republican (rich white men defending rich white ideals scare me) but democrats can be just as scary (rich people in denial and doing lip service in general) so I'll say independant just to be lazy and not having to go deeper.
