Just think how long a gallon of tabasco sauce would last

Not very long with me because I use a bottle per week. Gas is a much better value for me considering what I get out of it vs Tobasco sauce.

How will that personally affect YOU? I have a toyota tercel. It gets 28 mpg in the city. I drive 10 miles to work and 10 miles back and 5 miles to the gym and back so I have to spend a little over 3 dollars a day to be mobile. Personally it makes me mad. We elect politicians and they do nothing for the working people. While 3 dollars a day for gas for myself is not that bad. The high price of gas impacts everything. Food, groceries clothing. Some people say that there is no such thing as fossil fuels. They say the earth makes oil by a natural process. They look at other planets and interpret the data that there is oil in space on other planets. Whether you believe that or not. What our keepers, brainwashers, want us to believe is that oil is a finite source and because it is allegedly diminishing supply and demand dicates a highe price. Plant you dead dog or cat or rat or something that was living in the back yard. Come back next year and see if you have a pool of oil or just some old bones. So much for the fossil fuel theory. You could plant 2 dead creatures dig one up in a year dig one up in 20 years. There still wont be a pool of oil. I guess if you can believe in evolution, you wont have a problem believing in fossil fuels.

It doesn't affect me a bit. I can pedal past gas pumps charging $3,000 a gallon as easily as I pedal past pumps at $3 a gallon. Even if shortages develop, I can pedal around the lines at the pumps.

Perhaps that's one thing we can be thankful about this time around. So far, I have yet to see widespread spot shortages and long lines at the pumps like there was in 1979.

    I don't pay for gas.

My company pays for my gas.

    I'm serious.
