Though I would not want to - I would sacrifice my life to save another. Like purps, my family would be first in line for that, but should someone show up with a gun in public, and by my sacrifice I could save someone else's child or grandchild, I likely would do so.
Circumstances would make all the difference though.

This has to do with being impulsive and caring.
This has nothing to do with what religion you belong to, like the Watchtower would like to point out.

For you JH, NO. I have to be there for my family. What would they do without me? Probably throw a party and invite all of JWD.

A witness give up their life for another witness? Hard to imagine what with all the red tape and all. I mean, first they'd have to confirm the soon to be victims organizational status and by the time they even begin that process....uh, too late. A generalization of course but predominately true.
