That was a totally irresponsible remark for the hounder-hounder to make. First, everyone knows that more people can be reached in a shorter period of time on the Internet than going door to door. Yet, I don't see them encouraging Internet witnessing.
Then there are the many that are at home, but there is no way they are interested. No matter whether they are at work or not, they are not going to be suckered into the Witless cult. And that goes doubly for blondes (showing again that blondes are not always, or even usually, that dumb).
And what happens when necessity rules? Satan is not responsible for when a few people volitionally get together and put a squeeze on our energy and medical prices. If Satan could do that, then he for sure could price gas right out of reach of the Witlesses that waste the stuff all day in field circus. It is a few people at the tops of companies that lobby the government to create so many laws that it is impossible and illegal for anyone to create all-new technologies to get us out of the 1940s. These old technologies are obsolete, holding back the economy. And, that is what drives up prices, forcing both parents to work. Satan has absolutely nothing to do with that.
Finally, what happens when women feel like working? Believe it or not, there are occupations that most people enjoy far more than going from door to door proclaiming a scam that most people will not fall for. Some people just happen to enjoy running a business or doing things that actually create value. For sure, that cannot be Satan doing that!
I say that having hounder-hounders going up to the platform and enforcing policies that are not going to work is the real satanic plot. And by satanic, I do not mean Satan is responsible for it. I mean it's totally dishonest. It is forcing people to live in a delusion. It's a delusion that everyone can and should wait at home for the witlesses to come with the Puketower and Asleep! to come. It's a delusion that people can wash windows for 5 or 10 hours a week, spend the remainder of your time in field circus, and make enough money to support oneself. It is a delusion that people can be made to fall for a scam after they have been embarrassed by NBC (thank you, Barbara Anderson, for getting that on TV). It is a delusion that there is no world outside their little world that's worth living in. And, it is totally wrong to expect people to live in that delusion.
