.......i went to most of the "texas jams" when they were held in dallas during the '70's...alotta rockin' at them, most of the '70's rock bands played there at one time or another...
...but i'd have to say the 1 i enjoyed the most was rolling stones, zz top & fabulous thunderbirds in the houston astro dome.

U2 Joshua Tree tour in Oakland. I slept on the sidewalk all night to get up front.
Rolling Stones "Tattoo You" tour. Rolling Stones, every tour after that!
Robert Plant, Stone Temple Pilots, Blind Melon, Bridge School Benefit every year (particularly Paul McCartney and Tony Bennett, Billy Idol, Ministry (doing Grateful Dead) and Mazzy Star, Tom Waits). Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Santana, Rob Zombie, System of a Down...........
Ronnie Lane Benefit, with Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck.........................tons of others.
One of the best most recent, Audioslave!!! Doing Rage and Soundgarden stuff, fantastic.

My all time favorite concerts are Counting Crows and Sarah McLachlan. I go everytime they are close enough.

Not the best concert but I'll bet nobody can beat The Beatles / Hollywood Bowl 1964. Yep, that was me screaming and crying Paul P A U L I love youuuu!
Like I said NOT the best, couldn't hear a thing. Much later I graduated to the Stones and fell in love with Mick.
But The Best Showman is the BOSS, Bruce Springsteen. I have worshipped at the 'Church of Bruce' 4 times and going again next March. You come away filled with the Holy Spirit of Rock and Roll
Eric Clapton is awsome and moving in concert.
