Mouthy and Fairmind, I have to ask you to think back to biblical times. What was life like for a woman? Having read aplenty on this subject, we are 100 percent better off today. We may not be at goal, but my gosh I would not want to trade places with ANY of my sisters in history.

Deficit Spending. Well, that would be an American issue, and ahhhemmm, directly relates to Republicans in office, and has for years. They spend like maniacs, and leave the Dems to clean things up while the shortsighted public complains. Deficit spending is nothing new, the Crusades are a perfect example.

I personally leave my door unlocked every day. (Don't come looking for my house!) I think it's often a matter of perception and neighborhood.

This is NOT to say we don't have a lot of work to do, but are these issues really anything compared to life in the past? Read a book called "Eye Witness to History" by John Carey. It's amazing how people really lived. You will be thrilled to live today, where a boy doesn't die 3 days after taking a fall, and breaking his leg.

How can we know it ? Not by what evil people see but by what true christians see spiritually in the light of the Bible !There is a horrible situation spiritually as we had the revival of the true christian religion beginning with the year 1878 AD . The period of 1772 years : 106 AD - 1878 AD you can exclude from the process of determining were things worse in that period.

If you know my posts well I came up with the number 2772 years based on God's name that is reflected in numbers 11,6,7,6 in place of 10,5,6,5 as I explained. 11x6x7x6=2772 And here we go ! 2772 = 1772 + 1000

God's name has two parts if we know the name YAH and YAHWEH . YAH WEH

We can treat both parts as equal: 1772 = 1000

The symbolic period of 1000 years can be counted from 106 AD when 10 years as per the Book of Revelation 2.10 about 10 days ( 10 years ) ended.

96 AD + 10 years = 106 AD 106 AD + 1772 = 1878 AD

If you read my posts note the year 106 AD has the corresponding year 1914 AD.

We can treat a gap of 36 years as additonal count,knowing that we can add 36 years when "7 Times " has ended.

1878 AD + 36 years = 1914 AD 1914 AD + 36 years = 1950 AD 36 + 36 = 72 and look now at the number

2772 it has 27 and 72 .The 72 if read from right to left in the Hebrew looks like 27 !
So, now we can know for sure we are in the end time era : 1878 AD- 1914 AD - 1950 AD +

When Christ and his disciples lived and preached they had the Roman Empire and many Jews pitted against them but it was on a small scale . But in our times the International Bible Students and Jehovah's Witnesses and me have hundreds of nations ,countries pitted against the Good News of the end time as presented by us to the world. The situation is for sure much worse than it was when the ancient true believers lived !

There not world wars back then when Christ and his first disciples lived ! The wholy writings were not understood as they are now in our times ! And despite of that fact so many people stay in the darkness ! It is a horrible situation.There is such ignorance on the part of those who don't want to come to God Yahweh that it is high time that God destroy most people from the face of the earth.

Just because things are different today than they used to be doesn't mean the world is getting worse. Some problems are solved, and new ones arise. That's been the case throughout history. Either the problems of our generation will be resolved or we will learn to adapt.
