I recall the WTS publishing their formula for calculating Nisan 14. I believe it was supposed to be the same method that the ancient Jews used. I think the method was to use the first full moon after the new moon that was nearest the vernal equinox. I think that's what they did this year too.

Even if the JWs used their own calculations, Nisan 14th would occur roughly 5 days earlier every year, since the Lunar Calendar is 359-360 days, NOT 365. Their calculations are still flawed, because like I said, that means that Nisan 14 would occur during the SUmmer and WInter months during a stretch every century.

Their calculations are still flawed
Oh, probably so, but you are forgetting the 2 principle commandments of the JWs:
1) The Governing Body speaks for GOD JEHOVAH HIMSELF
2) If anything stated by the GB seems to be wrong, illogical, flawed, or nonsensical, SEE RULE 1

According to the OT and the synoptics, the Lamb was sacrificed and prepared on the 14th day of the month. (Exodus 12:6,18-19; Leviticus 23:5; Numbers 9:3, 11; Mark 14:12; Luke 22:7)
The Bible is explicit that the next day immediately after Passover was the 15th (Numbers 33:3) Therefore the actual Passover celebration technically occurs on the 15th. (After sundown on the 14th day) This corresponds to Pesach.
The Witnesses are hung up on the notion that Jesus died on the same calendar date that the lamb was sacrificed.
They celebrate the Lord's Evening Meal, as they call it immediately after sundown on the 13th day. Therefore, their actual celebration technically occurs on the 14th.
So even in years where the Witnesses are reasonably close to the Jewish calendar, they start off on the wrong foot right by being a full 24 hours too early.

well, I just research WHO set the Date for Easter...and thus the Memorial. JW's will no tlike it when I tell them that the rule that was established that the memorial would be established on teh 1st Full Moon after the Spring Equinoz, or whatever, was established by Constantine I at the Council of Nicea in 325 AD. If you know your history, you know that Constantine was the one who created teh Roman Catholic Church, which was a Hybrid of Christian and Pagan idealogical. So, in other words, the Bible really dosen't say what the WTBTS claims.

The WT leaders don't accept the Jewish lunar calendar as they only have one day a year to calculate for and they just slide it into a convenient place in the current solar calendar. The problem occurs when you have to figure all the Jewish festivals for an entire year, then you DO have to adjust the lunar calendar by adding a leap month very few years. I have tried to talk to JW's in the past, but when they find out I am Jewish they make a quick exit .
