Is Jehovah the most perverted creature in the universe?

Those sickos who do these awful things would be resurrected but not rehabilitated. So, their resurrected copies run around murdering the resurrected victim copies. It would happen all over again to the copies.

I believe that He is, in fact, absolutely wicked and stuck up. Since when does Jehovah have the right to destroy people for enjoying their lives or to impose stagnation on those who just want a normal life? Or, to drag people back into something that is going to do them a great deal of harm (TMS), by stopping the opposite sex from falling for them just so He can get out of doing the fxxxing work His damn self?

Jehovah fxxxed up badly, and is now trying to shove the responsibility onto me. If I do anything other than fornication, the hounders (and one of them has expressed interest in hosting me back while I was still in) would sequester me from ever being able to do it again. No computer (no apostate Web sites). No Christmas decorations. If I try to sing Christmas carols, they blast Kingdumb Sxxx. No more blowing off field circus or skipping boasting sessions. Crisis of Conscience left behind. Everything I say being harshly and endlessly censored. There are enough of them to prevent me from just busting a window and walking out, or busting out while out in field circus or at the Kingdumb Hell. And, all it is going to take is for them to make the resolve to go ahead and spend the money it will take to get me the new suits and circus bags.

To force anyone through such a one-dimensional course is definitely wicked. Especially since I no longer believe it to be the truth, it is extremely embarrassing, it is destructive, and I came to the decision that, even if it were the truth, I would be worst off by staying in and living forever with nothing but men and forever to lament the y mess I got for doing Jehovah's will.

Nor does Jehovah respond by increasing real value when I see through the scam. He merely acts by blocking any outside opportunities for me to do fornication (which would render me all but worthless as a hounder trainee). Then, whether it happens tomorrow or 10 years from now, He has them force me back to something that I now see is destructive to value in society.

Notably, I have seen others getting harassed and threatened by the people in the Tower, whether sanctioned by the Watchtower Society or not. People have been called on repeatedly after explicitly telling them not to call back, with a No Trespassing sign and being known apostates to the point where the victim has had to pepper spray the witlesses. They have been known to egg people's houses and destroy Christmas decorations (ask Lady Liberty about that one). They have been known to leave people alone for as long as 10 years and then suddenly start hounding them out of nowhere. There are even occasional death threats against apostates! With that organization, almost anything goes except simply letting people quietly walk out.

Now, if it were just that, I could chalk it to just the organization. But, when Jehovah consistently cuts me off from the opposite sex to make me more vulnerable to the scam, continually makes it impossible for me to do anything about it, and continues making them unreceptive even after I have resolved to leave that destructive organization, it has to be more than the organization. When it happens within the organization, it's them. When it happens before, during, and after my being in, then it becomes more serious than that. For sure, Jehovah has to be the ultimate destructive, stagnating, oppressive Tyrant ever to exist. I bet even Hitler would have been green with jealousy and/or envy to have His tyrannical power.

For the benefit of any JW-loyal lurkers, I'll give a typical JW response to mkr32208's original post.

The WT solution for those whose lives have been permanently scarred by rape, murder, molestation, torture, etc is Isaiah 65:17.

"For here I am creating new heavens and a new earth; and the former things will not be called to mind, neither will they come up into the heart."

Jehovah's gonna make it all better. Don't worry about it. I used to think this was a pretty nice catch all solution. Until you think about the meaning of "resurrection". Are you, or are you not, the person who existed before? Well, it's hard enough to swallow that resurrected people will essentially be clones of their former selves, but now we've got to tackle the problem of horrific memories.

I suppose if I lived a relatively peaceful, happy, uneventful life that only had one truly mind-scarring event in it then the "Great Memory Eraser" solution could work. For example, suppose I see a particularly gruesome car crash, but everyone who dies painful deaths in the crash are strangers.

Now if Jehovah were to ask me beforehand, "Hey Clone person, do you really want to carry around this car-crash scene for eternity, or do you want Me to hit the 'Delete' button?" It wouldn't greatly change who I am as a person, and I suppose it would be OK. But here's the problem: Even in this nice, neat little scenario, Jehovah is changing me and I'm no longer the same person. "I" really haven't been resurrected now. I'm a slightly altered person. Imagine where this slippery slope leads.

A person lives an extremely painful life of sexual molestation at the hands of trusted relatives, drug abuse, depression, throw in a stint in the military with some gruesome combat situations.....you get the idea. Imagine the messiest, most painful life you possibly can. (Many on this board don't have to imagine.) Now the "Great Memory Eraser", Jehovah, comes along and wipes out your bad memories along with the memories of your former molestors (who get resurrected, BTW, just to complicate things) doesn't this just end up becoming one huge LOBOTOMY for everyone involved?

What's the point in "resurrecting" someone who's had a life like that? The person who would be created would be unrecognizable to anyone who knew them. These kind of situations are where the Isaiah 65:17 solution falls apart, IMO.

    Done rambling.

WTWizard and Openmind.....the two of you nailed it on the head for me. Personnaly, I never bought into the same Personality, differant body scheme . Just a little far fetched, considering all the life's experiences that were going to be blotted out by god. These do, in fact make up the persona, do they not? If an all loving, omnipresent, omniscient god CAN resurect someone, why not give us the whole ENCHILADA??? Let the chips fall where they may and let us sort out all of the previous crap in our first life on our own. After all, we would all then be perfect would we not? But no, they don't teach that scenario, do they??!! Give me a break, utopian society? And then what? Another test? Satan allowed to roam freely and lead off the numbers of the sands of the sea? It just doesn't add up, does it?? Is that what a loving god does? Brings us all into perfection, only to face the same temptations? How about just a POP quiz? .......care for a JOINT?

If I die and jehovah is going to resurrect me with all my memories and everything intact... Hummm how to put this delicately. Every time I've spanked my monkey he's had to record it in minute detail (he's not only watched he's had to count!) He's had to note every dirty pic I've ever looked at, every dukey I've ever taken! Everything I've every done with my wife, he's watched and recorded! Every thing I've ever done so that my memories will be "complete." Ok so far he's just a peeping tom right?

If you believe that then do you also believe this?

NWT Isaiah 1:18 "Come, now, YOU people, and let us set matters straight between us," says Jehovah. "Though the sins of YOU people should prove to be as scarlet, they will be made white just like snow; though they should be red like crimson cloth, they will become even like wool.

(Pardon if I use the NWT. I still know many Scriptures rendered in the NWT so it's quicker for me to look them up.)

I think that Jehovah is a God of integrety and will not resurrect you less than whole. Now, what happens next is the same as what has happened before -- your choice.

If you decide to become right with God, I believe that Jehovah will forget the things you did even though he resurrected you with your memory intact.

1 John 1: 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous so as to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness

As regards the other things you mentioned. I'm reminded of another Scripture.

1 John 4:20 If anyone makes the statement: "I love God," and yet is hating his brother, he is a liar. For he who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot be loving God, whom he has not seen. 21 And this commandment we have from him, that the one who loves God should be loving his brother also.

Also consider that the guilty person has his or her memory intact too. He or she are haunted by those memories and the guilt that it brings especially when he or she sees his or her victims again. And those haunts will continue until he or she asks forgiveness of you. Hopefully, you'd be in the superior position of power to "set matters straight" to forgive and heal so the both of you can forget those memories as well; just as Jehovah as done with you and Him.

Don't underestimate the power of forgiveness. Forgiveness is greater than resentment.

Ok, maybe this is more information than what you really wanted. Maybe more "Bible" than you needed to know. I don't even know if you were really looking for an answer. Take it for what it's worth. If it helps you, cool!

But I don't share the opinion that "Jehovah is the most perverted creature in the universe".

Oh, one more thing. A technicality, really.

Jehovah is not a creature. A "creature" is a created being. Jehovah is not a created being.
