Dawg; it's easy rev. 7;4 says the 144000 are from the 12 tribes of isreal. 12000 from each tribe. these 144000 are already sealed some at least 2000 years ago./ if not 1000's of years earlier. this verse has nothing to do with jn 6 rev. 7;4 is clear. there is no room for anyone in the 144000 that is not from the original 12 tribes and the 12 tribes have changed over the old testament. still there is no room for non jews. and no GB member is a JEW. IF the jw's try the spritual jew's line. just use ZEP 3:13 REMAMENT OF ISREAL WILL HAVE NO FALSE HOOD IN THier words and speak no lies. this verse is a check mate with jw's if you know how to use it... good luck john

What makes them know they should partake scriptually speaking? I'm sure the bible can be taken differnet ways, but why should the great crowd not partake of them emblems? That's what I mean.

Where do they get that dogma? WHere is the great crowd? Its before the lamb, before God... right? and where's that? In heaven right?

The emblems, where does it say that only the so called "annointed" should partake?

Moshe; I used your trick , opening my car hood right infront of a kh. just as about 30 dub's were going out in morning fs. I started working some of the sisters, till the fs elders came over, he didn't last 5 minutes with me. I made him look like a spritual drunkard infront of his flock. funny i asked him for a STUDY. BUT HE ADMITTED he wasn't QUALIFIDED, asking jw's a few good questions , makes them run like roaches in the night, when you turn on the LIGHT. JOHN

I'd love to help you out but most of this goes over my head. If you had this back when I was studying more regularly, it would have been easier to answer. I'll try to jog my memory, and maybe have a couple of cups of coffee to wake up. It's funny, the first thing I do in the morning is sign on here to see what I missed while sleeping.

The only thing that comes to mind is when Jesus gave that command to keep the Memorial, he didn't say anything about only a certain few participating. He commanded all his followers to do that in remembrance of Him. Sorry I can't quote the scriptures for you. I've got to hunt my bible, it's went AWOL.

BTW, I NEVER understood how they came up with 1914 either.

Revelation is a book that you can take pretty much any way you want to with a little imagination and gullability. When you find out what "John" really meant, cult's interpretations are seen to be the crap that they are.

I can't help with why Jehovah's Witnesses get away with making the distinction between their anointed and great crowd groups in the way they do, but I do have some books on Revelation which give scholarly exegesis. I can scan the relevant bits if you like, dawg. If you think it would help, post back.

I was laughing my ass off today, cuz said on the e-mail that he's coming for a visit this weekend... he says that he's researched it and he agrees with their interpretation... then, now get this funny sh**, I realized that they are changing their previous intrepretatoin in this months WT, so that means that he agrees with old intrepretation, not the one in this months WT.. so I wrote him back and told him that...

I was laughing so damned hard thinking about that crap, I thought I'd puke... isn't that some funny crap? He's researched old data, and was going to defend it, now that's chaneged and he hasn't read Feb WT so, he doesn't know about the changes. Good freaking lord, that's funny and it begs the quesiton, why can't family see the obvious fools these men are.
