To tell everybody on my deathbed a secret: I know who God is and where He is. He's already here. I'll reveal to them.

Today she told us she is using the $6000 to take her and my father in law to Bethel in NYC.

I would hope for her sake that she will *not* be disappointed by that visit.

That's too bad, really. Disney with the family, or WT tour? She just threw away a great opportunity to spend quality time with her grandchildren....

A trip for two to Bethel will cost knowhere near 6,000 if she lives in the US. It's her wish and her money, but I wonder if she's donating the balance to the Society.

If it were me I'd go whale watching with my kids, grandchild and rv. I'd leave the son in law home.

I would pay for everyone to go to New York, just not Bethel. My kids want to go there so bad, and my brother lives there. I would take my family and my sister's family, and my mom if she was speaking to me again. I love New York.

To tell all my kids (All 4 over 18 now) to enjoy life when possible and go with their hearts in whenever they are given the opportunity or whenever they sort out opportunity!

    Thats enough by far!

    What would you choose

Sorry to hear about your mother in law. She remained faithful to her calling and delusion. As a witness, I would think the rest of the family is dead to her. As far as I can tell people only have the mental capacity to be close to a limited number of other people maybe 2 or 3.

She probably thinks she is getting brownie points with the big kahunna by going to bethel and that gives her peace and happiness. This is her moment.

What would I choose? It depends on who was giving the wish, If it was someone magical. I'd wish for a thousand wishes and then go to town and never die.

If it was someone with 6 thousand dollars. I'd probably buy a nice caskett and headstone. I dont know if 6 thousand would cover that.
