as long as there is cheese in this world, I'm pretty sure I get my quota of calories.

I got HUUUUUGE this winter I haven't even stepped on the scale. It's all in the belly and face. Not only that but, I haven't shaved since November. My beard is really thick and long (and grey. ) I look like Santa Claus.
I will yo-yo once again and get myself back down to a comfortable 175 by June. I'll probably do South Beach again. I never really count calories just carbs.
Wildman how big is the chest that goes with the 34 inch waist?
Void, I think I weighed that much in HS.

I used to weigh 330. I developed type 2 diabetes in Nov. 2006. I started watching my food intake, measuring and weighing everything. I stick to 1500 calories a day. In the first 2 months I lost 50 pounds, and have been stuck at 280 since then - over a year now. Exercising regularly isn't easy, as I've had a lot of knee and back injuries. My underactive thyroid doesn't help, though I've been on medication for it for 20 years.

I do a 3-4 km walk every second day or so. I recently walked with a friend with a calorie measuring device. We calculate about 100 calories burned for every mile walked.
Unfortunately I jumped back on the soft drink bandwagon again and need to slow that down.
Currently 6 foot even and 186. Will try to lose about 6.
Average bp. 126 over 86. Not bad, but still working on it. Still love my carbs, but cut red meat way down. Some days none at all.
Oh and men--- tomatoes, tomatoes, and tomato sauce! No diet stuff for me. Makes me pee every 15 minutes.

I have always had a weight problem - been fighting it for years, but now I'm serious about it. My calorie intake has dropped drastically 800 - 1000 and the weight is coming off VERY NICELY!!!!!
I will upload a new pic one day with an old one and you'll see a massive change.
