Apparantly the latest outline is s-31-E 10/06
So, it is dated October 2006, which makes it too late for the 2006 memorial, so it must be the 2007 one.

If they are using that outline then it's the same ole same ole. Where do they get the two destinies out of the 2nd peter scripture to mean people alive today only inherit the earth ? Unbelievable the spin they put on this stuff .I take the bible to read that the millennial reign takes place in the city of new jerusalem aka the kingdom of the heavens then after that the rest of the dead are resurrected to inherit the paradise earth the difference being is the 144k martyrs are there to rule while the great crowd never die and are seen worshiping in Revelation 7. Looks like they will continue to misapply the two folds of sheep scripture as well.
