I have been around knuckleheads like this assbag my entire life it seems. There is no reaching a closed mind.

I agree this guy sounds like he's young and ignorant of WT history, but this 'we haven't taught 607 for ages' thing ... I think he's misunderstood and mixed it up with the Adam's creation/6000 years issue.

2.we have not used the figure 607 BCE for many years now. that idea was one of several thousands of hypothesis we've used over the course of hundreds of years to help explain that which we dont understand. until the mid-14th century most people also thought that the world was flat, but that was just because they didn't know any better. it was a figure that has long since been discarded. we have never used that figure to state the definate begining of time. i dont know what makes you think that. even the portions of the bible itself we know to have been writen well before that date.

I've learned the hard way that you can't argue with a JW who is still 100% indoctrinated. It's like beating your head against a wall. It hurts and the wall doesn't give an inch.

This person that you have been communicating with is either very dim or they haven't been paying very much attention in the meetings. Saying that it is not a requirement to report field service time is like saying that it's not a requirement to bathe. Sure, there's no law that forces you do it. But you will find your life extremely difficult and limited if you don't do it.

This guy really doesn't know what he is talking about, he probably is young.

But can i ask do you still go the meetings? It seems from what you posted him that you do. If that's the case he does have a point when he brings that up.

I had 1 session on you tube with a JW, she saw a comment left by me aka Vincent0ne stating they are cult and she was saying they are not cults as she likes them. So I said to her dont bad associations spoil useful habbits according to their bible, so what are u doing on the net, she never said another word. I know 1 person mesg me that armageddon is round the corner. I found some of the clips are acts, like Jehovahs Witness kills mormon, I think that was an act and the other called funny Jehovahs witnesses who pulls a gun out and he has femenine voice. During this time I was trying to find out the truth or exposed secrets of Jehovahs Witnesses at this time belived to be going through a post cult trauma syndrome so I was arrogent to all Jehovahs witnesses and I am very verbal arrogent to them now well I not intercepted them in the town except for one who I didnt reconise and said to her "Who are u" after she said hi to me, as I dont see ppl often so I forget very easily. I didnt want to get her disfellowshipped for associating with a non witness and had little talk and sent her off. I have asked her a question, I said to her was she born in to the religion, she said yes then said she left for bit and came back as she was unhappy for being away.
